Google + Good For Business

Google + is the latest in Google’s attempt at social networking. On September 20, 2011, Google+ was opened to everyone 18 years of age or older without an invitation. Google + helps you organize friends by topic: Friends, Family, College Buddies, Roommates, etc. Google + has a list of features, the three most prominent would be Circles, Hangouts and Sparks. These services basically let you categorize your friends, message and video chat in large groups, and find people, events, services, based on your interests and that of your friends. Google + is good for Businesses and business owners in the sense that Google Plus Circles makes it possible for companies or brands to engage with people about specific services and or interests rather than having to fit a variety of services or interests on one channel. Because Google + is part of the major search engine it uses Google assets, such as Google Search, Gmail and Google Webmaster Tools to help with business searches and promotion.
